Ted joined Shinberg many years ago. His vast knowledge and experience is an asset to all of our clients. He specializes in Commercial Insurance, Bonds and all forms of Life, Health and Disability coverages, both group and individual.

Jeff Levy (Sales)
As of October 2001, Shinberg Insurance welcomed the fourth generation family member to join our staff! Jeff specializes in Commercial Insurance, Bonds and all forms of Life, Health and Disability coverages, both group and individual.

Chris O'Leary (Sales)

Kip Miller (Sales) Yes, this is one of the MSU Spartan hockey legends. Kip played professional hockey for 15 years and has now set his sights on taking over the insurance world.  He is specializing in large commercial accounts but is offering his expertise and enthusiasm to all clients.

Monique Goch (Sales)
With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Monique adds just one more element of experienced strength to the team at Shinberg Insurance. Experience, patience and confidence are just a few of the attributes Monique brought with her during the merger of her company, Goch Insurance with Shinberg Insurance Agency.

Sue Smith (Sales)
Sue joined the agency in 1986, and has been in the insurance industry since 1966. She specializes in Personal Lines Insurance including Auto, Home, Recreational Vehicles and Umbrellas.

Mary Anne Dillingham (Sales)
Mary Anne started with the agency in 1995. She has been in the insurance industry since 1976 and specializes in all forms of Personal Lines Insurance including Auto, Home, Recreational Vehicles and Umbrellas. Mary Anne is also knowledgeable in Life, Health and Disability Insurance.

Deanna Hutchins (Office Manager)
In 1992, Deanna joined the agency and can handle just about every job in the office. She is primarily in charge of our employees, computer systems and accounting.

Karen Thomas (Commercial Customer Service)

Lois Weber (Commercial Customer Service)
Lois happily handles commercial insurance accounts including any questions, claims, changes and certificates of insurance. She started in the insurance business in 1971 and has been with Shinberg since 1993.

Pam Castillo (Personal Lines & Health Insurance Customer Service)
Pam joined our staff in 2002 and works with our personal lines and group health insurance clients on claims, changes and certificates of insurance. She is also responsible for computer interface with our insurance companies.

We purchased Mike's agency in January of 2007. He brings over 30 years of experience in our industry and continues to service his clients, new and old.

Howard Rittman (Sales)
Howard joined Shinberg Insurance Services as an outside independent producer in 1997. He is experienced in all forms of insurance and bonds.

Tom Kern  (Sales)
Tom works and lives in Port Huron, Michigan. He has been in the insurance business since 1973 and joined us as an independent producer in 2005. For any type of insurance or bonds in the Port Huron area, contact Tom.
